Merchandise must be in as-new condition

We will only accept boot return it the soles are unscratched and in as-new condition. We recommend trying on boots in a carpeted area to prevent scratching.

FOR EXCHANGES ONLY:

RANCHO SEMENTAL will gladly pay the shipping costs to send you a replacement item. To exchange your item, a $25 fee will be charged to send you a UPS return label and shipping charges for the new item will be waived.

FOR RETURN ONLY:

Merchandise can only be returned within 7 days of delivery to your home.

The merchandise must be returned unused and in the same condition in which it was sent.

The refund will be credited within 2 to 3 weeks after we receive the product and will be credited to the credit or debit card used.
